Before submitting, double check the following.

Check your audio mix levels and make sure they are not peaking in the red.

Check your credits to make sure they are legible and there are no mis-spellings

Check the schedule for the final submission date. The submission is due one week before Grad Fest.

Your file should be in an mp4 container with an h.264 codec. Use Media Encoder to transcode the file if necessary. (Format: H.264 / Preset: Match Source – High bitrate)

Name your file with your name and the name of project:

(Example: EthanHartford_TheDawn.mov)

Upload your file to either your “Google Drive” account or “Dropbox” account. Get the link to your file.

Go to the submission form and fill in the appropriate information.
